GA TECH Technical Business Analyst

Job Duty 1

• Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues.

Job Duty 2

• Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of crossfilters and custom report types.

Job Duty 3

• Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as: Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows

Job Duty 4

• Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.

Job Duty 5

• Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.

Job Duty 6

• Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce.
• Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems.
