About the role

The GA Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs that enhance athletic performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs tailored to individual athletes.
  • Evaluate athlete progress and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with coaches and medical staff to ensure athlete safety and compliance with protocols.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and trends in strength and conditioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strength and conditioning coaching.
  • Knowledge of various training modalities and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
