GA Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 MUEE STEAM Center - 4 positions

About the role

Position available for Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 – 4 openings. GA: Clinical Practice – The department will assign you to various tasks that will require you to provide professional service to MU students, clients of a MU Clinic, or other individuals in need of professional services provided by the office. Referred to as a Studio Intern, the graduate assistant plays a big part in the day‑to‑day operation of the Marshall University Early Education STEAM Center classroom.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the classroom for the children
• Develop provocations/experiences
• Write anecdotes
• Supervise children
• Perform many other responsibilities under the direction of the Studio Educator

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree in an education‑related field
• Experience: Work with 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑year‑old children in a Reggio‑Inspired, STEAM learning environment; experience with this age range is highly encouraged

Schedule

Full‑time position: 20 hours per week
