About the role
The Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine (IEEM) at Texas Health is seeking a Fellow Research to join their Exercise Physiology Department. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research while benefiting from an engaged and supportive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute major research initiatives

- Utilize advanced computer programming skills and software proficiency
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. Medicine or Physiology required
- PhD upon hire required
- 6 months’ physiology experience upon hire required
- 5 years’ work experience in a research lab and/or related clinical setting preferred
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
