Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic compensation partner to executive teams
- Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles, including budget modeling
- Support the overall compensation framework for cash and equity programs
- Provide expert guidance on pay decisions and policy interpretation
- Create data-driven presentations and recommendations for leadership
- Develop scalable compensation decision-making processes across the organization
- Deliver enablement training on compensation philosophy and programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of compensation-focused experience, ideally in program design and business partner roles
- Expertise in compensation program design and execution with market benchmarking tools
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, including building and QAing models
- Experience managing compensation programs or cycles end-to-end
- Strong written communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-specialists
