About the role
The Associate Compensation Business Partner, G&A will provide expertise in compensation strategy, market analysis, and policy development. This role supports Global Administrative functions across the organization.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market data to inform compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to design and administer compensation programs.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure fairness and competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Support the administration of benefits and policies related to compensation.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on compensation best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
