About the role

The Associate Compensation Business Partner, G&A will provide expertise in compensation strategy, market analysis, and policy development. This role supports Global Administrative functions across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market data to inform compensation decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to design and administer compensation programs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure fairness and competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Support the administration of benefits and policies related to compensation.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on compensation best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with compensation software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
