FX Specialist

Job Description

• Confirm and process FX, Currency Option trades and Currency Time deposits with complete accuracy.
• Confirmation and review of Online FX Portal trade activity
• Ensure that all trades are confirmed via SWIFT, email or callback as necessary
• Setup and maintain Customer data on SPECTRUM including Standard Settlement Instructions.
• Maintain daily Statistics and logs
• Trace unconfirmed forward deals on a timely basis
• Assist in training co-workers
• Compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations
• Investigation of FX breaks and FX payments
• Maintaining GAP report

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years experience in FX trade and FX Option processing.
• Full knowledge of SWIFT message confirmation and payment types.
• Knowledge of ISO20022 formats a plus
• Knowledge of Spectrum system a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and EXCEL.
• Effective Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

Pay & Benefits

The expected annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$105,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience.
