FX Operations Analyst

About the role

FX Operations team supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade confirmations, cash processing, settlements, and client servicing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in financial services operations. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process FX trade confirmations and settlements.
• Ensure trades are accurately confirmed, funded, and settled on time.
• Follow up with clients and counterparties on outstanding confirmations and payments.
• Utilize matching platforms to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Complete daily controls, reconciliations, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with global teams, including APAC, to ensure timely handoffs.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Exposure to FX, payments, cash operations, settlements, or capital markets operations.
• SWIFT experience or familiarity.
• Interest in AI and technology-driven process improvements.
