FWA Communications Manager – Secret Clearance Required
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not invent.
We need to parse the job description.
Key content:
- Type of Requisition: Pipeline (maybe not needed)
- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Secret
- Clearance Level Must Be Able To Obtain: Secret
- Public Trust/Other Required: None
- Job Family: IT Infrastructure and Operations
- Skills: (maybe blank)
- Job Qualifications: Communication Plan, Disaster Recovery Planning, Military Exercises, Military Training
- Certifications: None
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
Then job description paragraphs: FWA Communications Manager (Comms Manager) – Secret Clearance Required GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. ... etc.
Then "MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:" bullet list of responsibilities.
Then "WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:" includes Education, Required Experience, Required Technical Skills, Certification, Security Clearance Level, Required Skills and Abilities.
Then location: On Customer Site.
Then GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: Growth, Support, Rewards (benefits). Then salary range: $96,569 - $130,651. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Travel Required: Less than 10%. Telecommuting Options: Onsite Work Location: USA AK Fort Wainwright Additional Work Locations: (maybe none). Then Total Rewards At GDIT: benefits description.
Then Identity Verification Process etc (maybe boilerplate but could be considered part of hiring process; but it's not EEO/legal? It's about identity verification; maybe we keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Identity verification is not exactly those but could be considered legal? Might be considered part of hiring process but not EEO. Might keep? Safer to keep if it's substantive? It's about process; but it's not about job duties. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but still legal. I'd consider removing it as it's not directly job content. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Identity verification is legal/security; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove.
Also "About Our Work:" paragraph about GDIT; could be considered boilerplate but maybe relevant as company description. Might keep? It's not specific to role but could be considered generic. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Our Work:" is not exactly those but could be considered company overview; maybe keep as part of "About the role"? However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine company description into "About the role" or maybe omit as not essential. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; does company overview count as substantive? It's not about the job but about employer. Might be considered not essential but still part of posting. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it unless it's boilerplate. It's not explicitly listed as boilerplate to remove. So we keep.
We need to structure sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role (maybe combine introductory paragraph and mission description)
- Responsibilities (the MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT bullet list)
- Requirements (maybe combine education, experience, citizenship, clearance, certifications)
- Qualifications (maybe the Job Qualifications list: Communication Plan, Disaster Recovery Planning, Military Exercises, Military Training)
- Skills (maybe Required Technical Skills and Required Skills and Abilities)
- Benefits (Total Rewards At GDIT description)
- Pay (salary range)
- Schedule (Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40, Travel Required: Less than 10%, Telecommuting Options: Onsite)
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections have content.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must use for section headings.
Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide what constitutes a list.
Responsibilities: bullet points after MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: each line starts with a capital letter and seems like a duty. We'll make
- .
Requirements: maybe list items: Education, Required Experience, US Citizenship Required, Security Clearance Level, Certifications (None? but we shouldn't include empty). We could include Education as a line, Experience, Citizenship, Clearance. Could also include "Certification: SEC+ is required" and "Appropriate DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification as an IAM II is required". Those are qualifications/skills.
Qualifications: maybe the list "Communication Plan, Disaster Recovery Planning, Military Exercises, Military Training". That's a list.
Skills: maybe the Required Technical Skills list (three years’ experience leading technical teams..., two years’ experience in designing..., demonstrated knowledge of SCA-V..., Expert understanding..., Certification: SEC+ is required, Appropriate DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification as an IAM II is required, Knowledge of current industry methods, Knowledge of disaster recovery continuity..., Understanding of network security architecture..., Strong ability to produce technical documents..., Excellent communications skills...). That's a mix of experience and skills. Could be a list.
Benefits: Total Rewards At GDIT description includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, flex work weeks, paid time off, disability, life, etc. That's a list.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: weekly hours, travel, telecommuting.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with only filler like "not specified". All have content.
Now produce HTML.
We'll start with
About the role
then containing introductory paragraphs: maybe combine the initial description about GDIT seeking candidates, mission training complex, etc. Also include "About Our Work:" paragraph? Might be better to put under About the role.
But we must not duplicate content. Let's extract substantive paragraphs:
- "FWA Communications Manager (Comms Manager) – Secret Clearance Required GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB). Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks. Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities. Advance how our customers operate while you advance your career. Join GDIT and Mission Training Complex – Ft Wainwright Alaska (MTC-FWA) as the Comms Manager and build an impactful career in enterprise IT, collaborating with people who are driven and resourceful like you. Our work depends on a Comms Manager joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Arctic!"
That's a block.
Then "MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:" heading then bullet list.
Then "WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:" heading then subpoints.
Then location: "On Customer Site"
Then GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: Growth, Support, Rewards (benefits). Then salary range etc.
Then Total Rewards At GDIT: benefits description.
Then Identity Verification Process etc (maybe remove). Then About Our Work: paragraph about GDIT.
We'll decide to include About Our Work under About the role as a paragraph.
Now structure:
