What You'll Do
- Define and execute a multi-year product vision for investment and wealth management experiences.
- Develop product strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
- Establish investment priorities and roadmap initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management, strategy, consulting, or related experience.
- 3+ years leading product teams and people managers.
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and business outcomes.
- Strong background in one or more of the following: Brokerage platforms, Wealth management, Robo-advisory, Trading platforms, Consumer investing products, Cryptocurrency products and services.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling customer-facing digital products.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and leveraging experimentation frameworks to drive decisions.
Direct Hire position required to sit in San Diego. No C2C or 3rd party candidates. Target salary range is $145,000 - $185,000 base salary plus bonus.
