Future Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
• Promote new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
• Achieve individual sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• Build relationships and earn customers' trust.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Qualifications

• Total Rewards: Annual pay range $48,200.00 - $158,700.00.
• Performance-driven position with potential for short-term and/or long-term incentives.

Pay

$48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.

Schedule

5-day work week with 25 rotating days off. Department Hours: Monday through Saturday: 9am-7:30pm and Sunday: 10am-6:30pm.
