Requirements

• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or be eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technician or relevant experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with electro-mechanical assembly, soldering certification, and proficiency with standard manufacturing equipment.
• Aerospace/defense experience and/or military experience are beneficial.

Skills

• Understanding of MIL-STD and ability to perform engineering support functions.
• Knowledge of and experience with various types of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, voltmeters, and specialized in-process equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings.
• Experience in building and troubleshooting complex harness assemblies, including shielded, twisted pair, coaxial, high-voltage, and multi-branch harnesses.
• Proficiency in soldering cables and harnesses, including circuit boards.
• Experience with standard manufacturing equipment and following prescribed standards.
• Ability to perform continuity, resistance, insulation, and functional tests using multimeters, oscilloscopes, hipot testers, and other specialized equipment.
