The Milestone Data Center Logistics Associate L2 is responsible for safely moving all the parts into, out of, and around the warehouse and data center environment using a variety of technology and equipment to support the Logistics Team in the daily execution of service operations to the set standards and ensuring compliance to support excellent service quality and customer engagement. This role is a full-time, onsite position in an environment that consists of a large warehouse, data center, and internal transport services. How You Will Make An Impact Work as part of a team of logistics operators who work together and independentlyEnsure all operations are carried out in a proactive, compliant, and effective mannerEnsure compliance with operational execution in line with Standard Operating Practices and Work InstructionsMaintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactionsEnsure accurate and timely shipments and receiptsAssists in monthly and/or annual physical inventories; provides inventory reportsIdentify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvementKeep a strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work areaTransport inventory by hand, material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts or pallet jacks), and box truck (No commercial driver's license required) by all safety procedures and protocolComplete other duties that may be assigned as required with consideration for quality, safety, and efficiencyCommitment to excellence in your contribution to overall Service DeliveryWork alongside Team members to assist in workload execution, monitor quality, observe areas for improvement, and support service knowledge growthEnsure the maintenance of 5S standards within all operational areasEscalate all areas of service non-compliance in a timely and effective manner to support investigation and remediationParticipate in all assigned training to support the execution of their assigned responsibilitiesEnsure proactive customer service support to the Client and other operational teams as required What You Will Need To Succeed Minimum 1+ years' experience working in warehouse or logistics, receiving, asset life cycle management, or related fieldHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentKnowledge of Data Center or warehouse operations best practicesProficiency in Windows-based programsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing prioritiesAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesAbility to understand and follow safety requirementsInventory control skills, managing priorities and workflowComputer, iPad, and iPhone literateAbility to work in a physical labor dynamic work environmentAbility to work with instruction as part of a larger teamInitiative to complete tasks assigned independently of the teamAbility to manage changing workload priorities as directedEnsure a positive, respectful, and professional attitude in everything you doCompetency in understanding and performing workplace safety basicsAble to safely lift and move a minimum of fifty (50) pounds and can stand the duration of the shift Physical Demands Must be able to travel up to 100%.May require extended periods on your feetMay require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data CenterMust be able to lift 30 lbs. as needed.
