About the role

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Lexington, KY is seeking a Spa Concierge to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play an integral part in ensuring the Woodhouse Experience is delivered to each and every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests
• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain guest areas for cleanliness
• Retail selling
• Serve guests throughout their Woodhouse Experience
• Complete sales transactions
• Maintain Woodhouse Day Spa standards in all aspects of operation
• Exceed guest expectations in all areas of service

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years in a customer service role, with additional experience in the wellness industry preferred
• Essential customer service skills, both internally with the team and when handling guests
• Professional and outgoing demeanor
• Effective multi-tasking and conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Confidentiality and respect for guest information
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Physical requirements: frequent standing, lifting up to 15 lbs., reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching

Variable schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, with some walking and sitting
• Ability to lift 5 lbs. & occasionally lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
• Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop, or crouch repeatedly
