Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Requirements

• Caring Heart: Passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact.
• Great Communicator: Can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
• Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred. Minimum 2 year experience working with seniors, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course. CNA training (not required, but a plus!).
• Reliable and Trustworthy: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a smartphone or tablet)

Pay

• $16.50 per hour

Schedule

• Monday and Tuesday: 11am to 2pm
• Thursday and Friday: 9am to 1pm
• Total weekly hours: 16
