Qualifications

• Independently licensed with a New Hampshire issued clinical practice license (LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC)
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• The desire to work and collaborate with your team to make our clinic, and each other, the best we can be!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes accordingly.
• Provide Excellent customer service.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Curate and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.

Benefits

• Full-time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
• Pre-Licensed clinicians will be provided full time supervision and must maintain a caseload minimum of at least 28 visits per week
