Future Opening: Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Must be available to work the following schedule: M-TH: 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm - flexible with schedule.

Pay

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule
