Future Opening: Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our Insurance Agency is a very busy office and we are looking for our next GREAT Team member. We have a passion to make a difference in the lives of others and to better OUR community! Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Ability to work in a Team Environment
- NH Property and Casualty and NH Life License (must be able to obtain)
- Excellent Communication Skills-written-verbal and active Listening
- Proactive in Problem Solving
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Prior Sales experience is a plus
Requirements
- Medical Insurance after 90 day trial period
- Sick Leave and PTO after 90 day trial period
- Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- NO Saturdays or Sundays
- Opportunity to advance to a lead or Management position within Our agency or the Opportunity to OPEN YOUR own State Farm Agency in the future

$35K after licensing + Commission and Bonus
