Future Opening: Mental Health Therapist LPC-Resident- LCSW Supervisee LMFT- Resident

About the role

We are seeking LPC, LMFT, or LCSW therapists for immediate openings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week with monthly bonuses for meeting minimum expectations
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
• Able to provide different types of therapy (individual, couples, play, etc.)
• Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a home office that is professional, private, and HIPAA-compliant
• Prioritize experience with children, adolescents, and teens
• Prioritize experience with couples and families
• Preferred experience with community resources and insurance billing

Qualifications

• Must be licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia
• Ability to work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
