About the role
We are seeking LPC, LMFT, or LCSW therapists for immediate openings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation according to company policy.
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week with monthly bonuses for meeting minimum expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
Requirements
- Candidates are required to have at least a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
- Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a home office that is professional, private, and HIPAA-compliant.
- Prioritize experience with children, adolescents, and teens.
- Prioritize experience with couples and families.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed mental health professional in Virginia.
Skills
