Responsibilities

• Interact with scheduling app to prepare for service calls
• Communicate with homeowners about repair projects
• Prepare workspace for safety and cleanliness
• Complete home repair projects in a timely manner
• Submit project photos and details to scheduling app
• Invoice customers using scheduling app
• Collect payments and submit paperwork to office

Qualifications

• Successful prior track record as a Craftsman
• 10+ years residential remodeling experience and estimation experience, strongly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient use of smartphone and/or tablet functionality for scheduling app
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform tasks in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, tile, and paint
• Minor electrical and plumbing skills, preferred but not necessary
• Own standard set of tools for all trades
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Residence in Escambia or Santa Rosa County
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
