Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
• Create employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• One (1) year of customer service and/or management experience
• Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred
• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification

Qualifications

• Specialist aquatics qualification desirable, but not required

• Positive attitude towards working with children
