Future Opening: Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Provide exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Able to effectively relate to a customer

Qualifications

• Salary plus commission/bonus- 1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $25k to $50k
• 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $50k to $65k
• 3rd year - a highly motivated person can generate $85k or more!
