As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and providing needs-based selling of Auto, Home and Life Insurance. Grow your career as you better your community.
We are eager to have you on our team. You must be an attentive and sales-minded professional with communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and successful in meeting sales goals/quotas. You must also be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
- Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
- Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
