About the role

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a Team Environment
  • NH Property and Casualty and NH Life License (must be able to obtain)
  • Excellent Communication Skills-written, verbal and active Listening
  • Proactive in Problem Solving

Requirements

  • Salary base pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
  • Medical Insurance after 90 day trial period
  • Sick Leave and PTO after 90 day trial period
  • NO Saturday or Sundays
  • Opportunity to advance to a lead or Management position within Our agency or the Opportunity to OPEN YOUR own State Farm Agency in the future
  • Paid training and Study Materials
  • Tremendous Team to work with and learn and have fun with all while helping folks on a daily basis
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Prior Sales experience is a plus
