Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of educators.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia licensing regulations and company standards.
- Drive enrollment growth and build strong family and community partnerships.
- Foster a positive school culture focused on educational excellence and child success.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must meet at least one of the following education and experience requirements:
- An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
- An awarded Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development, Infant and Toddler, Program Administration, or School Age and Youth Care; or a Technical College Diploma (TCD) in ECE or Child Development, and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
- An Associate degree or higher (including a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field other than Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of three (3) months of childcare experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain all required clearances, certifications, and ongoing professional development as required by Georgia regulations.
Physical Requirements
This position requires an individual to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language. Additionally, this position often requires carrying, lifting, using repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally pushing, pulling, or bending. Regular hearing and clear vision (with or without correction) are required.
