Future Leader Administrator in Training, AIT

About the Role

Our Administrator in Training (AIT) program is an immersive, hands-on, real-world experience designed to transform you into a confident and capable leader through executive mentorship and personalized coaching. You'll gain the operational, clinical, and leadership skills needed to run a successful skilled nursing facility while working toward your licensure.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key departments to learn the inner workings of our skilled nursing facilities and how each contributes to patient care and overall success.
• Prepare for licensure with structured training, support, and documentation to meet state requirements, including targeted learning modules and guidance from an experienced preceptor for the NAB and state-specific licensure exams.
• Lead practical, project-based assignments that improve center performance, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to quality initiatives.
• Develop leadership skills by attending leadership meetings and workshops, building team communication and culture-building abilities, and learning from seasoned professionals.
• Complete a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class to gain a deeper understanding of day-to-day resident care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business, or a related field) is required.
• Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, including fluent ability to read, write, and speak English, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 per year.
