Future Intervention Specialist

About the role

The Future Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing support to students and families in need of additional academic and social-emotional interventions. This position works closely with teachers, administrators, and community partners to develop and implement strategies that promote student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students identified for intervention services
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Assess student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Communicate regularly with families to keep them informed about their child’s progress and needs
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in intervention strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule
