About the role

Responsibilities
- Helping bring new medications and medical devices to market
- Providing an exceptional experience for every patient who participates in our clinical trials
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to design and conduct clinical studies
- Managing study protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicating effectively with patients, investigators, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the study process
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Contributing to the success of clinical research initiatives
Requirements
- Passion for helping patients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in healthcare, patient care, clinical research, nursing, medical assisting, healthcare administration, or clinical operations
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
