Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Perform inspections and quality control checks
- Use BIM and GIS tools to manage project data
- Support administrative tasks and IT needs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in aviation construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP, AIA, or equivalent
Skills
- Knowledge of aviation-specific construction practices
- Experience with project controls and cost engineering
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay
