Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Cookordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the procurement and management of construction contracts and subcontracts.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and manage contractor performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
- Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience
- Prior aviation project experience required
- Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Excellent communication skills

- The salary range for this full-time role is $120K-175K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
