Description: Fusion Therapy Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who genuinely enjoys working independently in the community and wants travel-based therapy to be the primary focus of their position. This role provides pediatric speech and language therapy at partner daycares, preschools, schools, and other community locations throughout Northwest Arkansas through Fusion’s mobile therapy program. This is a travel-focused position. While in-clinic patients may occasionally be used to help bridge openings, build the clinician’s caseload, or maintain productive hours, the long-term intent of this role is to develop and maintain a primarily travel-based caseload. Clinicians are compensated at a competitive hourly rate for billable services, providing transparency and alignment between clinical productivity and compensation. What Your Schedule May Look Like Your primary caseload will consist of patients seen at assigned daycares, preschools, schools, and community partner locations. Fusion coordinates travel routes and patient schedules with the goal of minimizing unnecessary drive time and creating efficient geographic groupings.
