What You Will Do

• Work the floor and own your customer relationships from greeting to close
• Sell furniture, mattresses, and financing solutions to a diverse customer base
• Build repeat business and referrals through trust and follow-through
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
• Contribute to a team culture of high performance and accountability

What We Need From You

• Proven furniture sales experience — mattress, flooring, or big-ticket retail also considered
• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish — this is a requirement for this location, not a preference
• Track record of consistent $70,000+ annual earnings in a commission environment
• Strong floor presence and natural ability to connect with customers

About the Role

This is not an entry-level posting. We are not looking for someone to train from scratch. We need a proven furniture sales professional to join one of the strongest sales floors in the Phoenix metro. Our Indian School showroom runs a tight, high-performing team where the standard is excellence — our current sales professionals consistently earn $90,000 and above. We need a fourth person who belongs in that conversation.
