About the role
The Cushion Regulator position at HM Richards, Inc. involves fitting poly foam into cut covers, filling fiber pillows according to quality standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Use hands to fit poly foam into cut covers, ensuring complete fill into seat, arm, and back covers.
- Fill fiber into pillows to fit according to quality standards, inspecting each piece for proper fit into covers.
- Communicate with supervisors or leads on quality issues and work closely with other employees to maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Complete daily tasks for production, utilizing time and resources effectively.
- Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
