About the role

Responsibilities

• Use hands to fit poly foam into cut covers, ensuring complete fill into seat, arm, and back covers.
• Fill fiber into pillows to fit according to quality standards, inspecting each piece for proper fit into covers.
• Communicate with supervisors or leads on quality issues and work closely with other employees to maintain a positive team dynamic.
• Complete daily tasks for production, utilizing time and resources effectively.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
