What You Will Be Doing
- Reports to the router each morning, and turns on the power.
- Receives job packet, and reviews daily schedule.
- Picks job order in computer, and selects which job to run.
- Router operator finds and selects job to cut.
- Lifts sheet of plywood and loads onto area to be cut.
- Northwood router has two operators lifting and loading the plywood.
- Plywood sheets can range in size, length and thickness. Some sheets measure ¾ inch and can weigh up to 20 pounds.
- Places excess wood onto conveyor for proper disposal.
- Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge about assembly line type environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to submit to a Drug test and background investigation
