Your Role

• Unpack & Install: Bring energy and precision as you unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to exceed customer expectations.
• Punctuality & Consistency: Show up ready to work and contribute daily, making reliability a cornerstone of our success.
• Blueprint Mastery: Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety by handling equipment responsibly and keeping your workspace clean and organized.
• Engage in Safety: Be an active participant in our safety program, helping create a secure environment for everyone.
• Initiative & Growth: Take ownership of your tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and follow company processes to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Skills & Abilities: A sense of urgency and a commitment to follow-through, professionalism and punctuality as non-negotiables, strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.
• Travel Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to get to and from different job site locations, must be able to travel up to 10 days a month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with small hand tools is required.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
