About the role

Home Furniture Plus Bedding is hiring a Full-Time Furniture Delivery Driver in Lafayette, LA. This position offers steady daytime hours, a 5-day work week with Sundays off, and the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of an hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 24' box truck delivering furniture and mattresses
• Load and unload furniture safely
• Set up and assemble furniture in customers' homes
• Deliver to homes across Louisiana and Texas (occasionally)

Requirements

• No CDL required
• Valid Louisiana Class D (Chauffeur’s) license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture
• Team-player mindset
