Furniture Delivery Driver

About the Role

As a Furniture Delivery Driver with Clark's White Glove Delivery, you're a delivery professional who takes pride in building relationships with customers and representing the company. You'll work in two-person teams to deliver high-end home furnishings to customers' homes and businesses. Before deliveries, you'll assist with merchandise quality checks and product staging. Safety and attention to detail are key priorities in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end furniture to residential and commercial customers as part of a two-person team.
• Assist with pre-delivery tasks, including merchandise quality checks and product staging.
• Ensure safe handling of products and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and team members to create an exceptional delivery experience.
• Resolve issues promptly and innovatively, using discretion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be open to cross-training in other warehouse-related roles, including covering for vacations or staffing needs.

Requirements

• Ability to drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy items (200+ lbs) with assistance and proper equipment.
• For Hire Endorsement and DOT Medical Card required.
• Core strength, agility, and endurance for physically demanding tasks.
• Comfort working in customers' homes or businesses with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
