Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and load furniture to ensure protection and readiness for delivery.
• Deliver and assemble furniture in customers' homes, performing minor touchups as needed.
• Place each piece according to the customer's vision, ensuring a memorable final step in their experience.
• Adhere to Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck for deliveries.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and courtesy during customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling furniture of all sizes (including pieces over 200 lbs.), navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a qualified driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture, including pieces over 200 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000 annually.
