About the role
As a Warehouse Furniture Assembler at Raymour and Flanigan, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Your responsibilities include assembling and inspecting sofas, dining tables, and children's beds to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect furniture items to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of urgency
- Lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of various sizes, including those weighing up to 200 lbs
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment by adhering to safety practices and promoting awareness
- Use company-provided hand tools to perform tasks efficiently
Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Standing for prolonged periods
- Ability to work with company-provided hand tools
- Routine lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling of furniture
Qualifications
- Physical ability to handle heavy furniture

- Experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches
- Knowledge of upholstery inspection and product testing
