About the role

As a Warehouse Furniture Assembler at Raymour and Flanigan, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Your responsibilities include assembling and inspecting sofas, dining tables, and children's beds to ensure they meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect furniture items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of urgency.
• Lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes in excess of 200 lbs.
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment by adhering to Raymour and Flanigan's safety practices.
• Use company-provided hand tools to perform tasks efficiently.
• Contribute to a drug and smoke-free work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
