Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect customer furniture, such as sofas, dining tables, and beds, ensuring each piece meets high-quality standards.
• Commit to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of urgency while upholding product quality.
• Use company-provided hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, wrenches) for assembly tasks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture weighing up to and exceeding 200 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods during assembly and inspection processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work with hand tools and follow assembly instructions.
• Physical capability to lift heavy furniture (up to and exceeding 200 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail for quality inspection and product testing.
• Commitment to safety compliance and warehouse operations.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
