Furnishings Technician - Great Falls

About the role

The Furnishings Technician position is open for a skilled individual who can perform disassembly, repair, and cleaning of aircraft components. This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field with strong mechanical and/or mechanical experience in the aerospace/aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs disassembly, repair, and cleaning of aircraft components according to customer's specifications, airworthiness directives, applicable manufacturers' CMM guidelines and operating procedures.
• Maintains current knowledge of and complies with customer regulations as applicable to the work assigned.
• Ensures familiarity with all shop equipment operations and their maintenance and be able to understand component maintenance manuals and all other applicable technical documents.

Requirements

• Must be able to write descriptive statements concerning the condition of the assemblies being worked on.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Able to use hand tools and mechanical experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for 8 to 10 hours.

Qualifications
