Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) - Rowlett, TX

About the role

As a Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) serving the Rowlett, TX market, you’ll build and own your book of business through community education programs, referrals, and funeral home unfunded files, backed by Precoa’s proven marketing engine. You get full control of your calendar, uncapped commission tied directly to your performance, and a dedicated field manager with deep local relationships ready to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Set your own schedule—no shifts, no clock-ins, and no one else deciding how your week looks
• Build and grow your own book of business by working funeral home referral files, aftercare relationships, and community education programs
• Prospect and network to generate your own opportunities, rather than waiting on a lead list
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, local businesses, and community organizations

Requirements

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 2-5+ years of consultative sales experience (experience building your own client base is a plus)
• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-up
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills, and relationship development skills

Pay

Your compensation is a direct reflection of your effort, with approximate first-year earnings of $50,000–$60,000 and no cap on what you can build beyond that.
