As an Advance Funeral Planner, you’ll earn competitive compensation by closing pre-set appointments, with a typical average of $60,000–$70,000 annually and no earning cap. A dedicated team of over 50 agents will support you by setting appointments and providing client insights, while Precoa’s field management offers organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching. Focus on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.
Responsibilities
- Close pre-set appointments with qualified leads provided by the team
- Engage in consultative sales to help clients plan their final wishes
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
- Utilize provided marketing resources and strategic support to meet goals
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience (a bonus)
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities and relationship development skills
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and closing skills for pre-set appointments
- Lead generation and networking abilities
