Description & Duties
- Reviews loan documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Trains dealers on the proper completion of loan documents and answers questions related to program processes and application statuses.
- Communicates document issues to dealers and helps resolve any outstanding issues.
- Accurately enters received financing documents into the organization’s operating system for processing.
- Monitors electronic signature queue, resend links or contact dealers with any issues.
- Affixes appropriate notes to all required areas per company processes and procedures.
- Reviews processing statuses and documentation to ensure dealer calls are appropriately handled; advises dealers on any issues or needed items.
- Answers program questions, trains dealers on document and funding processes via phone and email.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
