Funding Manager - Mortgage Warehouse

Role Overview

This position involves managing construction draw processes by reviewing packages, obtaining necessary documentation, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve funding issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Review initial construction packages and ensure all documentation for each draw request is complete.
• Collaborate with clients to address complex documentation and funding issues.
• Assess inspection and progress photos, reconcile percent complete with funded amounts, and calculate eligible advances.
• Monitor documentation gaps, escalate issues, and partner with internal teams and clients to resolve timing and compliance concerns.
• Support procedure updates to improve accuracy, turnaround, and risk management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years in mortgage warehouse lending, construction draw administration, or related fields.
• Experience reviewing 1003s, appraisals, disclosures, and construction documentation.
• Strong reconciliation skills, high accuracy, and proficiency with warehouse/LOS platforms and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage volume and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
