FUNDING COORDINATOR

Funding Coordinator Join the Harbour Team Job Description At Harbour Capital, the Funding Coordinator functions as primary personal contact between sales associates, vendors, customers, credit, and customer service personnel on all loan/lease documentation. This position’s primary function is to assist our vendor-driven sales team through the back-end funding process for all transactions. Primary Responsibilities Actively communicates daily with assigned sources, vendors, and customersCreates document packagesTakes responsibility for communicating with customers, vendors, and sources to obtain any missing items not returned with the documentation package to properly close transactionsAdheres to policies and procedures requirements for documentationRequires properly prepared invoices and obtain sales quotesResolves issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactionsWorks with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures This position is incentive eligible. Requirements High School Diploma or GEDBachelors/Associates Degree or three (3) years of experience in the equipment finance industry.
