About the role
This is a Utah-based hybrid position at Medallion Bank, requiring some regular in-office days each week. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and maintaining a clean background.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Recreations (REC) Funding queue and coordinate between the Funding department, dealers, and Financial Service Providers (FSPs)
- Maintain the recreation loan files and assign them to Funding Specialists for timely processing
- Organize, save, and maintain loan-related documentation and records
- Respond to and manage department email communications professionally and promptly
- Review reports, identify discrepancies, and assist in resolving issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Cross-train in the Funding Specialist role to provide operational support and coverage as needed
- Affirmatively assist with departmental reporting and special projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative, operations, banking, finance, loan processing, or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in lending, funding, consumer finance, or banking environment a plus

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and providing excellent internal and external customer service
