What you’ll do Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, increase accuracy, and reduce operational riskPrepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for funds in accordance with U.S. GAAPPartner with internal teams including Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely and integrated reportingLiaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverablesDrive automation and process improvements to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and scale reporting capabilitiesSupport new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and documentationPrepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting timelinesOwn and complete ad-hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, working independently and collaboratively with the team What’s Required Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting2-3 years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting rolesExperience in audit or accounting within the financial services sectorStrong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting informationExcellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple prioritiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical accounting information to non-accounting stakeholdersCommitment to the highest ethical standards We take care of our people We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
